Product Update | 15th June 2026

In this Product Update, we're focusing on three key areas: controlling AI spend, bringing Vertice AI into Microsoft Teams, and simplifying how you manage vendors. We've also shipped some improvements to the platform, enabling Vertice AI support, custom form buttons, and some Dashboard updates.

We would love to hear any feedback or suggestions at [email protected].

AI Cost Optimization

Take control of your AI spend. Get full visibility across every model with a unified view of spend, usage, and commitments across every provider, plus recommendations to cut costs before they spiral.

Vendor Portal

Streamline onboarding, communication, and document sharing from one centralized portal for all your vendors. Rather than endless emails, the vendor portal enables you to set tasks, send questionnaires and collect responses securely. Manage all your vendors centrally, invite them to RFPs, trigger events like annual security reviews and maintain a full audit trail.

Speak to your Account Manager to get started.

Other changes

We also shipped the following improvements to Vertice.

Create custom action buttons in forms

You can now create up to five custom buttons in your form and approvals so you can capture responses beyond a simple approve or decline. You can customize the available set of buttons for each form, tailoring the available responses to different flows and minimizing the likelihood of ambiguous responses.

For more information, see Create custom action buttons for forms.

Vertice AI support is live

You can now request support from Vertice AI.

Vertice AI is your first point of contact for product questions. It gives you instant answers to how-to questions, troubleshooting guidance, and information about your procurement stack without having to wait for a support agent.

Vertice AI draws on our documentation to give you detailed and contextual guidance on your product questions. If it can't solve your request, it will offer to pass you to a human agent who will pick up your case for further investigation.

Dashboard update

We have updated the Dashboard to make it more focused and streamlined.

See Get an overview of your Vertice account with the Dashboard for a full breakdown of what you can see and do.
