When you integrate Vertice with Slack, Vertice will automatically begin matching Vertice users with their accounts in Slack so they can begin using the Slack app.

However, you can manually match users if you prefer. You may also need to manually match a user if Vertice is not able to find a match.

If you wish to turn matching off set Automatically connect users with matching emails to the 'off' position.

Users can also link themselves directly from the Slack interface if you'd prefer not to use automatic matching or link them yourself.
