If your organization has an active Teams integration, you can use the Vertice app to receive notifications, raise requests, and complete tasks directly from Teams. You can also interact with Vertice AI which can provide instant, AI-powered answers about your procurement stack and insights based on our proprietary dataset.

Using the app
There are three main uses for the Vertice app: receiving notifications, actioning requests and tasks, and querying Vertice AI for information related to your account.
Notifications
The Vertice app will notify you when a request or task you're involved with needs action. You can learn how to manage which notifications you receive in Teams in Manage notification preferences.
Actioning requests and tasks
You can interact with Vertice by typing prompts into the chat window. Vertice will also suggest prompts based on your current conversation.
Try asking it to raise a purchase request or start a renewal!
Vertice AI
You can ask Vertice AI questions about vendors, negotiation insights, market data and more. Learn more about the capabilities of Vertice AI in About Vertice AI.
